We are a family-run business for over 25 years dedicated to making your pet needs come to life. Located in Canton, GA serving the greater north Georgia area.

Placing an Order

You can place an order from our website or email/text us your ideas for a crate you would like built. We will contact you and offer a design that will meet your needs, size, surface finish, and material selection.

When ordering a custom crate we will first design the crate and send the digital design to verify the size, options, and finish. We will send you an invoice with payment options. When payment is made we cannot offer any refunds. Once the crate is complete you will be contacted to discuss delivery or pick-up options.

Construction Time

Please allow 25-35 days for project compleation.

Payment Forms

We accept Cash, CC payment, Paypal, Zelle.

Delivery

We will deliver to the north Georgia area within a 50-mile radius of our shop in Canton, GA.

Delivery will be scheduled with a 2-hour time slot, must be home to receive your order.

Delivery fees range from $200 to $350 depending on location.

Larger dog crate furniture will require some assistance for delivery.

Pick Up

If you’re within driving distance from our shop in Canton, GA you are welcome to pick up your kennel on location.

Please be sure your kennel will fit into your vehicle. We suggest using a pick-up truck or renting a 5x8 U-Haul trailer for transporting your dog crate. A large SUV or minivan will fit up to our medium double dog kennel.

We highly suggest bringing moving blankets and rope or ratchet straps to secure your kennel for transport. We will be available to help load and secure your kennel into your vehicle.

Shipping

We do not offer shipping out of our delivery area.

You can arrange a courier for pickup if you would like.

What materials do you use?

We use pine dimensional lumber, 3/8 steel rods, or rebar, select hardwood is also an option.

All of our finishes are pet-safe and durable made to last for decades of use. If you ever need touch-ups on paints or stains you can contact us and we can help you.

What are the finish options?

We use MinWax water base stain with a water base polyurethane sealer

Paint selections from Sherman Williams and can be color-matched to your selection.

What if my dog damages the crate?

We are not responsible for damages your dog does to the crate.

*We suggest spraying your kennel with a "no chew spray" such as bitter apple to help prevent your pups from chewing on the wood.
